Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.​

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 days of approval.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
