• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you promptly.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
